Returns & Refunds policy

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoices intact. Due to the handmade nature of handloom products, minor variations and glitches are not grounds for return.

Return Process: Contact us at contact@avaranfashion.in or phone number +91 9406906479 with order details and photos of the issue. Return shipping costs are borne by AVARAN FASHION for defective/damaged products; otherwise, you bear the cost.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method at our discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized products or items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days and found defective, damaged, or incorrect products

• The goods must be unused and are in the original packaging with tags and invoices intact

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which are explicitly marked as non-returnable

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a gift voucher or credit note will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser (gift giver) through the original mode of payment.
