Product Information:

Description: AVARAN FASHION sells authentic handloom products sourced from skilled artisans in India. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications (e.g., material, dimensions, HSN codes). However, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of handloom products.

Authenticity: Products may carry the Handloom Mark from the Textiles Committee, Government of India to certify their handwoven origin as and when required.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), packing, and shipping charges. The final payable amount, including all applicable charges, will be reflected at the time of checkout in the final bill.

Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment:

Order Placement: Orders can be placed via the Website by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and completing the checkout process. You must provide accurate details (name, address and contact information).

Payment: Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay). Accepted methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI, and Wallets, subject to gateway availability.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS with order details and estimated delivery time.

Cancellations by Customer:

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at contact@avaranfashion.in or phone number +91 9406906479.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations by AVARAN FASHION: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping: We currently ship across India only. We are in the process of expanding our services to select international locations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier partners. GST on shipping (if applicable) will be included in the total shipping cost.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery in India may take 5-10 business days, depending on location. Delivery outside India may take 15-30 business days, subject to customs clearance (if applicable). Delays may occur due to holidays, natural calamities, or courier issues.

Tracking: A tracking ID will be provided via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoices intact. Due to the handmade nature of handloom products, minor variations and glitches are not grounds for return.

Return Process: Contact us at contact@avaranfashion.in or phone number +91 9406906479 with order details and photos of the issue. Return shipping costs are borne by AVARAN FASHION for defective/damaged products; otherwise, you bear the cost.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method at our discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized products or items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, MP.

Resolution: Disputes should first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, they may proceed to mediation or arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, AVARAN FASHION and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on AVARAN FASHION. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from AVARAN FASHION for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Website
